I cannot believe nys dept of motor vehicles had approved your agency for defensive driving.

THE TIME AND EFFORT TO TAKE THIS COURSE ARE OVERWHELMING. I WAS TOWARDS THE END AND THEN WITHOUT WARNING GOT LOCKED OUT! AND THEN CANNOT LOG BACK ON W/O CONTACTING THEM (which I was on hold for hours) They promise to unlock you and then you get locked out over and over until your attempts to reach them are pointless. They just hung up on me this morning when I was holding for 1.5 hrs!
