New Healthy Savings, SGADA, Nation-wide credit card scam-companies working together to rip people off

I am like the hundreds of others ripped off by this scam and am having trouble getting the bank to resovle it too. I signed up for a "FREE 14 day Trial", for music downloads, didn't like using it and cancelled. Like others, I ended up with the $48 and $79.95 charges on my bank account. When I contacted the company, I was hung up on twice, contacted my bank and upon their investigation, ther were told (by New Healthy Savings) that the $79 would be refunded in 10-15 days but the $48 was non refundable.

The bank accepted the explaintion of the company that I "misunderstood" what I was signing up for. I am pursuing the advise on this web site, have asked for Federal Regualation E form to be mailed and am filing a complaint with the Attorney General (SGADA/New Healthy Savings) and the Michigan Finacial and Insurance Services (banking comission here). I hope others do the same so that these types of scams can be stopped.
