AOL fraud dishonesty rip-off lying over charging uncaring argumentitive poor customer service

Education & Science

AOL has cheated me and overcharged my bank account which caused me to be overdrawn several times. My bank manager is aware of this also. When i get on the phone to try to resolve this matter, i wait and wait and finally someone gets on the phone.

When i tell them about the overcharge to my bank account, they argue with me that they did not take any money out of the account. I told them yes they did, i was looking at my statement at the time. I am blind and the only income i receive is social security disability and ssi payments, which is only a little over 500.00 a month.

I have received 3 letters from aol with confirmation numbers on them stating they would not be charging me any more after october 14 and october 27th. But yet they took out 57.80 in november. They keep on doing this and denying that they are taking the money out.

I have requested several times that they put all the money back into my checking account that they have taken out and their response every time is"how can we put any money back into your account, when we didn't take any out".

Since i am on limited income, i have no way to pay for an attorney about this matter. Aol owes me about 250.00-300.00

Any help you could offer me would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance for your consideration of this email.
