Charge application fee, guarantees work if pictures are purchased

There is a recorded number. You are never able to speak with a live individual. The office is very old and dirty. The paper work to be signed looks like something a child put together. The same individual collects a $20 application fee and assures you employment, only if pictures are purchased through them for around $700 or more. The pictures on the wall are all from the 80's and look horrible. This company is a discrace!
