Ripoff How could they create an invoice

I have not have the land phone for over a year and half and I don't live in the address they sent my bill for 6 months?

On top of it, when I had a land line, MCI spanish speaking CR had a simple mistake. It switched Y and J for the publication purpose only (my invoice from MCI spelled correctly). So, these criminals bought a list from the phone company from 2 years ago since their invoice has mispelling just like MCI.

I am contqacting FBI.
