This company sent me a bill that saying that someone in my household visited international sites on the internet and made phone calls internationally.

The funny thing is that the hours they are saying this took place no one is at my home. I have more than one of these billings, I have about four actually and it is ridiculous.

No one in my home went to the sites they are billing me for.

And also I have been unsuccessful in contacting this company when I tried to dispute the bill. So not only are the billing me for something that I did not do, they also won't give me the time of day to settle the dispute and the bill is due very soon.

And believe me I have made several attempts in many different ways to talk to this company.
