These guys called me and said I had been granted a $7500 credit limit and spoke so fast that I did not have time to think about the whole thing and what it was all about.

Even when I prompted them with a question they would say i will get to that in a minute and continued on with their "bullying" tactic of trying to gather sensitive information from me.

After being transfered to another operator or "account specialist" he then started asking for my check routing and account number.

With the recent reports of identify theft I was apprehensive and started asking him questions when finally I got some answers and finally told them no thank you.

The best advice I can say is never ever give out your personnal information over a phone. Be wary of the talking so fast, you can't think about it. Don't be in such a rush to rebuild credit. Credit can take years to establish, but only a moment to destroy, especially with crdit vulcher's like this one.
