Winners choice called me up on the phone and said I was the winner of indiana and that I needed to purchase magazines. It was a total of 400 dollars and it was split up onto payments and billed to my grandmothers crdit card. They said I won either 100,000 25,000 a grand jeep cherokee or a vacation.

They even sent me a paper asking me the color of the vehicle, if I wanted a cd player and if I wanted automatic and at the bottom it asked me to sign the name on my check if I win. The drawing is suppose to be on january 5. Is this scam or not? I don't think I should purchase magazines to be a winner of something. They also gave me a claim number. Can you please tell me if this for real or scam? Thanks dawn
