Ripoff Just ONE final exam away from a JD from Saratoga, then BOOM '

How's this for drama? After studying with Saratoga for three full years of the Non California Bar program, I become ready for the final exam of the final year. I requested the final back in November but so far have not received an answer. I have received fairly decent grades in these three year of study, then suddenly I become aware of the problems at hand only after I recently discovered I was unable to log on to Lexis-Nexis anymore. I did a Google search and found out about all this trouble.

So now what's a guy in this situation to do? Well, after not being able to get through to Saratoga by telephone, I've decided to send a letter to Mr. Narkin with the transcript fee of $50.00 and request my transcripts. I will try to harbor no ill feelings as this mindset is unproductive.

I must say that throughout my three years of study with Saratoga, I was treated with courtesy by Mr. Narkin. I completed the required course work and was given grades which were probably fair. I was satisfied with the grades, the overall service and of course with the opportunity to obtain a reasonably priced law school education I could one day professionally use.

Yes, it seems we have been dealt some lemons here, but perhaps with some creative perseverence, we can make lemonade.
