Will not remove photo from Internet

Have required 3 times via mail they eliminate an image of me. They've their company title visual on my own picture and therefore are utilizing it to market, despite the fact that the consideration, they state, continues to be ended. Period has lapsed a long time and today many months since termination. I will search on the web (Google Images) and my picture pops up. Evidently, they shop it on another host that isn't associated with the consideration. They have to take it off before I contact an attorney.
