Gay Realty Network Once you are listed on thier Network they will NOT let you remove your Profile. Even after it expires

I join Gay Realty Network and did not receive any business from the site. I paid $99.00 for a year subscription hoping to connect with people who would feel more comfortable dealing with gay and gay friendly people.

After more than a year now I have been getting increasing calls from past clients who are not aware of my sexual orientation asking if I was gay. All the years I have done real estate I have never brought up my orientation and was caught off guard.

Finally, a client REFUSED to do business with me after referring me to a friend who Googled me and saw this Gay Network Profile. I lost a very large client due to this profile.

When I search Google and saw a large photo and my entire Profile at the top of a search engine stating Lesbian Realtor in bold type. I immediately attempted to remove it. However, my subscription ran out many months ago so it would not allow me to access my profile.

I instantly emailed Mark at customer service, and I believe he is the owner, to please remove this information immediately. He refused.

His Response was:
Per the disclosure on the initial GAY REALTY NETWORK sign-up form you completed, we'll re-direct the traffic we built up for you via the GAY REALTY NETWORK listing. Once that traffic is gone, approx 6 mos or more, we'll delete the listing.

However-

Site Policies on the Site states:
Gay Realty Network will not trade or sell the names on its mailing lists to any other company or individual. Email addresses added to our list will be used solely for our own internal and marketing purposes - and emails provided for our contest entry will be shared only with the contest property, who will not share them with any other party.in addition, we will immediately remove anyone from the list upon receipt of a written request (via email or US mail).

After 11 emails back and forth in which he was extremly rude and even cc'd his attorney accusing me of fraud and not being gay. (because I asked of I have to pay the $99.00, I do not have, to re-enter the site and remove my photo and Lesbian title — which they charge you additional fees to change a photo on your profile— He still refused to remove the profile. I am being directly effected by this profile and he still has not removed it.
