Poor Service

It's been nearly 2 yrs since our wedding and we've not obtained our recording or have we obtained our movie. If anybody really wants to conduct business with this specific organization, please realize that you'll be waiting an extremely very long time. Just like somebody has stated, the organization doesn't return your calls. Should you contact them, they simply email you and let you know it's nearly ready. They explained in May that my movie could be prepared by my first-year anniversary. They currently inform me that they're still focusing on it and cannot provide mean ETA. We were committed in August which is today March. On the part note, they found my wedding fitted extremely unprofessionally plus some of our team pictures appear terrible simply because they did not organize people precisely.
