Took our money and we never received our photos

We employed them to complete our wedding on Sept. 11 and we're still awaiting our recording and DVD of our hi res pictures. They do not return calls and rarely return emails.in each e-mail, hasbeen some justification, dropped within the mail, photo-lab setbacks, etc.

At this time, I understand they've our images since I Have noticed them on the online prevention website in November as well as in their marketing due to their company. They've my income. Why the wait Joe and Constance? After nearly 8 weeks, we've had enough and therefore are currently continuing along this route ourselves. The neighborhood Utica workplace has approached us about our state and it is along the way of researching and calling Joe and Constance, that they might have.
