Terrible service

I put an internet purchase with Mookie Presents on September 21st. I requested The Nightmare Before Christmas Jack and Sally Control Slope Action Figure Boxed Set for my Wedding cake cover for my Halloween wedding party.

Before long without reading something via mail, I approached them. Despite the fact that they state them is 'In-Stock' they explained that because of the recognition of the merchandise, it had been back-ordered. They explained they'd deliver the next week (that was Oct 13th-17th) I went of their state for my Wedding.

After I delivered on July 20th, there was however no bundle or clarification on where my item was. I sent them many more occasions, but no body replied in my experience. They wont provide me a reimbursement, and today my Halloween wedding party is in 4 times.

Despite spending money on the product, I still needed to venture out and purchase another cake topper. I'm beyond disappointed. I've never had a business do that in my experience, and that I have no idea where otherwise to show. I simply need my money-back, as well as for individuals to understand to not store at Mookie Presents.
