Is this even a real company - wedding cake toppe

I ordered a cake topper over a week ago. I tried to track my order but it simply states that the product is being processed. I tried to contact customer service, but all they have is an email address which claims they will respond within 48 hrs. I don't have time for this. My reception is in 5 days and I have no idea if my cake topper will get here in time.
