Unable to access web site

Unable to access web site for 2 days. Not able to read email. Just recently paid for one year billed to my mother's credit card. Think this is a scam and want to know what I can do about it. Will not pay for a service that I cannot use. Would like to know how I can go about having a credit issued to my mother's credit card. Also people are not from where they say they are. Always say live locally, when in fact, they are from a foreign country. I believe this is false information and misleading to me and other users. Any help or information you can give me on how to correct this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
