Unprofessional and unwilling to address complaints

In the evening of the marriage the contact individual wasn't there and offered us someone else to help us. That might be good if she was still operating at that time of the wedding. Needless to express there is no body matching the marriage and guests were confused where you can proceed and also the top table wasn't ready to help visitors. Fortuneately, our DJ stepped-up and assisted us obtain the wedding structured. Additionally, the chicken cordon bleu in the wedding was offered differently than in the sitting, and that I was really dissappointed. Lastly, the team and General Director turned really defensive once the grievances were brouhgt up and declined to consider any part of the statement down and virtually did not worry about our issues simply because they had the cash settled in full. (per agreement and GM) I'd not suggest this location for the wedding since when there is something which goes wrong... It's not their problem plus they are not skilled enough to deal with your issues within the method that many resorts might. I actually donot need one to be battling to become noticed per month after your wedding and making a poor storage in your big day.
