Customer care is a bunch of idiots

I was setting up my profile and adding additional pictures and captions. All of a sudden my screen froze and all the pictures, even ones that had been there for days disappeared. I got an email from "customer c are" stating I had posted a copyrighted picture and it had been removed. I owned all the pictures I uploaded. I went online to the help section to complain and request my pictures be put back up. I got another email telling me to check the FAQ's and if couldn't find an answer to resubmit my question. I haven't paid yet and I think I'm going to tell these idiots to F**** Off
