Bad Duct Cleaning service and worst Customer service

Our heater was delayed once they completed their duct-cleaning but used to do not observe that. That night after I discovered, i named them immediately. They offered me a scheduled appointment for 3 nights later despite the fact that i told them that I'd 2 seniors in my own home. They never turned up. They never turned up for that next 3 visits both. Each time i contact their workplace, an individual named Kristin informs me that she's about the point having a Technology man which she'd contact me after fifteen minutes but never does.

Ultimately oneday she explained that another technology man might come to have a look at it but he'd cost me for that. At this time I dropped my persistence and that I told them that I'd protest towards the Better Business Buerau. She explained that it had been good and simply bumped the telephone.

Avoid the corporation. They're criminals.
