Air duct cleaning mistake!

I'd air ducts washed on 10/25/07, heater operating excellent! For approx. 7 days resulted in thermostat (home didn't get above 65 degrees) believed it had been the thermostat, and so I had a company view it perhaps set new one in. He explained issue was all dust from air-duct cleaning was taken into heater consequently closing heater along. Sears who initially washed air channels statements they did not do it and also have guaranteed me for just two times they'd view it.By today no body indicates up. I've kids in the home they require warmth. Sears if accountable for obtaining the heater operating again plus they wont get it done. Avoid the corporation!
