Jennifer Kobuki (714-683-3019) is at it again in 2008 2009 she was investigated for mortgage fraud she disapperaed now she is back frauding merchant companies. She is bad news please be careful she is very good in thinking she is doing you right. She usually charges $350 and then no service is actually done. We hope she cant scam anyone else. Thank YOU
