Never refunded a return

I purchased a remote control for a lift chair from them, the remote was not compatiable with my chair, so i returned it at my expense for a refund and never recieved the refund, i tried to call the company several times to get an answering machine, repeatedly left messages to never recieve a return call... Steer clear of them if you dont want ripped off.
