Ovechrges, did not complete, short delivered materials, bad workmanship

Conracted to landscape our garden got paid 75% of the monies, they did not complete the work have had to get another company to do so. Short delivered all materials to be used. Sent untrained personnel, make excuses for ever about how it is not there fault. It appears they set out with intention of ripping me off from the word go, (info from one of their staff that left the company) I believe they still trade in OKC beware... All you people out there.
