Ripoff, the worst customer service

I purchased a sofa and loveseat from Marlo furniture several weeks ago, requesting an afternoon delivery. The WRONG couches were delivered at 11am on a Friday, I called back to reschedule another delivery and they delivered the WRONG couches again on a day a told them I would be out of town.

They have terrible customer service, you call the main number and remain on hold for at least 5-10 minutes before a "customer service" rep picks up to either place you on hold again or hang up on you. Over the course of two weeks I've unsuccessfully attempted to rectify this situation. They finally put me through to a manager last night, he told me he would take care of the situation. Ten minutes later, he left me a voicemail stating that he would not be able to cancel the order (I'm so fed up with this company I don't even want the couches).

I called this morning and after 20 minutes of being bounced around they transferred me to a different store where I found out that the manager I spoke to last night is moving over to another location today so I'd have to speak to the new manager at the Rockville location. I have never filed any sort of complaint against a company but I will NEVER buy from Marlo. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! After reading some other complaints, I'm worried I will never be able to cancel this $1200 purchase.
