I purchased furniture at the Rockville location. The furniture was delivered 4/2. All pieces were damaged and sent back. No one called me to redeliver. I called and they delivered again on 4/9. Two of the items were damaged by delivery men. The delivery men told me that it could be fixed or replaced. No one called me again. I called to see when this could be done and was told next Thursday. This will be the third time I have to take off of work for this problem. Today I have tried to call for 2 hours with no one answering the phone. I called the corporate office to complain and got several other numbers. Finally when I get through I ask to speak to the store manager. What I got was a woman named Mary who was extremely nasty. She kept interrupting me and told me there was nothing Marlo could do about my furniture being damaged. I asked again to speak to the Store Manager and she hung up on me. I have never been treated so badly by a company. I spent over $2,500 at Marlo. I have left messages for three different managers to call me and have had no response. I want the name, address and phone number of the person in Marlo to whom I can address this situation with. Also, the operator at the Rockville location was extremely rude to me. I told her that I had been calling the store for over an hour with no one picking up the phone. She was very upleasant, put me on hold for 20 minutes and this person named Mary answered the call. This woman was worse than the receptionist answering the phone. I would like the problem addressed.
