I went to Sears survey site to commend one of their repairmen for excellent service on order# 4685543. Went

I visited the website I was unable to log onto the survey after providing the info the site required. I called and was passed around from person to person until I just hung up the phone and found this site to complain. Sears, why do you ask for feedback then make it impossible for a customer to provide you with same? All for the benefit of an excellent job.
