Hidden Treasures at the Antique Mall Sold me a "Model Home Miele Washer and Gas Dryer" the washer is full of mold, and leaves soap on the clothes, the Dryer is a recall item and completely broken (can cause gas leak and fire)

I purchased last Friday (9.21.2012) for $1,491 (paid by cashier's check which they cashed in immediately) and $150 in cash for the delivery fee a Miele Washer and Gas Dryer, which I was informed was from a model home (as advertised by this company in Craigslist.com) and assured by Barbara at the store was in excellent condition. The washer has black mold and a broken door seal which makes it leak. The dryer is is so loud (like broken glass clinging) and doesnt' work. I unpluged it the first day of use, and called the owner of the store as I found out that this model and serial number part of a "recall by Miele", and it is illegal for them to have resold it to me.

On Monday 9-24 I called the owner, who stated that he would pay for repairs to the machines. However, I requested that he pick them up and refund me the $1,491 in cash.
