Junk washer knots and twist cloths

Bought a Maytag T/L washer it knots and twist cloths so bad you cant even iron them out had a no spin problem had to replace the circuit panel talked to the repair man about the knots and twisting he said its so bad thay address it at thair training no fix for it. It now sits on the front porch me wife will not use it any more. Home depot will not take it back. No help at all. Maytag offers no help but thay are sorry. ME too 1000.00 piece of junk. Im trying to have the credit card co. To charge it back will see??
