Claytonhomes/vanderbilt i paid payment and got a from paul stating he is going to repo my home Tennessee

We bought our home 3 yrs ago and had a few late payments but was good at paying. I lost my job and we got 2 month's behind. With the next month and a half we got cought up. How ever in doing so i have been harrassed with 9.15pm phone calls. I was told that if my payments where just 2 weeks late that they could start the repo procedings now how is that?

This guy paul at vaderbilt told me that a manufactured home has differnt laws. Hmmm i dont think so. I can be late all i want and as far as i know as long as u dont go month's past u are ok. But he fought with me on this for 15 minutes - finally im like what ever. Now get to the main point - i made my payment on the 29 of sept and yes late but i did make it. I got a call from this pual and he said that he was going to start the repo paper. Becouse i broke a verbal agreement - well the agreement was as follow's.

Paul called me on the morning 8.10am on the 27th and siad he needed to hear from me before 5.00 - i called him at 10.30am and exp how are key was lost and the park is going to change the lock for me. However i didnt get the key untill 3.30 and got my check and headed to the bank. Witch buy this time my acount is in the negative and had 2 wait untill wednesday morning to pay payment and witch time i did. So then i get a call from pual at 9.15 at night saying he is going to repo my home becouse i didnt pay on monday when i said i would. No how can any company do that payment is in before end of the month and caught up to present time till next payment due.
