I just want to start by saying how MAD i am right now cant even explain.
Your Customer service REP hanged phone on my Husband.
Way to GO!!! We are having issue with our refrigerator from
past year. So many visits been made and got it fixed. From past 2 days we are having issues again but
this time water is leaking from somewhere at the back of the Fridge. And we can hear water dripping
called customer service and after spending 30 min with them they said they wont be able to come
till 9/11??? Are you kidding me? EVERY YEAR we renew our contract of so many Appliances.
This lady whoever she was SO NASTY AND ATTITUDE? We are not begging for charity.
Why showing her attitude? I WILL NEVER RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH YOU GUYS ANYMORE. PEOPLE who says not to buy stuff from you guys are right.
