Do not buy warranty from them they are fraud

We've guarantee with option, under guarantee informs it'll repair plumbing, we named and informed them our home hardwood seems comfortable and we'd a plumber examined and stated we hve a trickle underneath the hardwood (piece) they informed us have flow sensor check and deliver us statement we don't purchase recognition. We settled $200.00 for recognition and sent them the backup to allow them to deliver plumber to repair it. They WOn't do this so when we attempted to keep in touch with Supervisor or boss they declined to reply when they wouldn't protect the trickle under-slab why they'd people to cover recognition? They're not praising their contract and never prepared to spend us $200.00 Minus support agreement. Don't purchase guarantee from their store they're scam.
