Not honoring the contract

We got a-5 year agreement for just two houses - to get a whole of $3800, they refused our state for an AC device -they desired evidence of normal maintenance which we supplied them with - wouldn't provide a solution written down - offered us funds agreement to return the cash once we desired to end providers with them-and they didn't recognize it. Several calls were designed to them-and they ceased addressing their phone... Really rude about the telephone the several occasions we could keep in touch with somebody - they'd hang-up the telephone-...
