Hearthware bouhgt bogo with cook ware. Only cooktops arrived. Useless wthout cookware

Bought cook top from TV spiel. Only cook tops arrived. Can't use with other cookwear. Useless without the special cook ware. Have not returned my calls or E-mails. 90 day gaurantee, but cant get them to send return slip. Posted complaint on Face book and it was deleted.
