I checked with Sears twice that they would deliver my item bringing it inside. They said they would. They did not. UPS delivered it and they did not contact me before doing so. I could not bring the item inside myself. When you call it sounds like they are reading from a card. They also disconnected me twice, I can see why they are in trouble.
