Double M Contracting
Ripoff

I Called Double M contracting to have them refinish wood floors in a house I am refurbishing. The house is vacant. After the job was complete we went over to inspect the job only to find a few things missing-a new sealy posturpedic mattress and boxspring, a new medicine cabinet, all the elements and plates off a New stove, most of my cleaning supplies, surgical gloves, a box of nicknacks.

They also tried to remove my new faucet but couldn't do it. The had disconnected the plumbing trying to do so and there was water in the basement. One of his workers, MAX, carved his name in a window sill

The owner, Mike (Miguel) Ferrero states that we were vandalized but vandals or kids usually wouldn't take cleaning supplies. Best guess is the illegal aliens he had working for him helped themselves. He said he has done many homes in very nice areas and never had this happen but the people probably stayed in the house while the work was being done.
