Warranty ripoff

This "warranty" was a rip-off I recieved when I purchased my new home last year. I had a leaky pipe in my basement, and they would not fix it citing the "O-ring" in my toilet had gone bad, but I had to pay them $75 for a new bulb in my toilet.
