Classic Plumbing Scam

Gillece is a classic plumbing rip-off company.in my case, they had to snake out a simple basement drain. They claimed that they could not reach the clog, and had to remove a basement toilet. This would be just over $1000 to perform, but it included removal of the toilet and resetting the toilet. They removed the toilet and attempted to snake the drain, but claimed they couldn't because the pipe was collapsed. They estimated $5000 for that repair. They left the toilet sitting on the floor and left.

Another plumber was able to snake the floor drain and clear the clog within a few minutes with no issues. You can't get anyone on the phone and you get the runaround.
