On about January 12, a Circuit City repair person responded to our request for repair of a drawer in our Whirlpool 25 cubic foot side-by-side refridgerator/freezer. As of 3-25 it is still not repaired. Numerous phone calls to both the national repair center and the local store have not been successful. Their excuse is that the part is on order. I think 10 weeks is too long to wait.
