Kevin Raines and his business called thesheetpeople.com or www.thesheetpeople.com or The Sheet People is running a scam. He has a history of misleading consumers into thinking they are getting a quality product. First, if you are lucky enough to even get your product that you pre-pay for, the product is never as described on their web site. VERY low quality, so bad that I never used them.

THEN, try to return them for a refund! Good luck. When you send the product back for either a refund or exchange, you'll either not get your money back or get an exchange. They will tell you it never was received, so be sure you send the product back certified. But then again, don't bother, because they will come up with another excuse as to why you are not entitled to a refund or exchange.

I have filed a complaint with the State's Attorney's Office to investigate this company. What Kevin Raines is doing is a form of theft and I hope the SAO determines that he is running a business with criminal intent.
