Rip Off Artists, Terrible work, Doesn't pay his sub-contractors

These guys came here from California and have already made quite a name for themselves. They have hired and not paid quite a few sub-contractors for the work they have done. They have no idea of the quality and craftsmanship that goes into home remodels. (He tried to put a shower pan into a home using roof tar) I am sure that he did this in California and burned all his bridges there. There is a reason that this family is driving nice cars and live in a large home. They are doing pretty well for themselves with other peoples money.
