"Real Estate Advisors" aka: Mislead and Bully Tenants

The Ad read "Gorgeous Live / Work Loft!" "Cooks Kitchen Ready NOW!" $5000 month and $5000 deposit. Well, all things being equal: nothing like that exists in this bug infested, broken down dump. The truth is the price and after that, since the appliances were (to any decent eye) fished out of a dump...

From promised repairs, that have never started, to termites and not a single corner of the "Live Work Loft" can be effectively lived or worked, in. What is worse, endless bugs, including spiders, beetles, etc. So, request repair? Right. They will send someone out, waste my whole work week and in three months repaired nothing. Got a lawyer. Systematically, wasted $10,000 of time for nothing.

So, after that, the threats, began. Let me be perfectly clear: All issues were in writing and respectful. Nothing but lies. Landlord on my voicemail saying he was in my unit and " all fixed." Nothing was ever touched. Rancid smell in bedroom and been told by too many that dead animal is stuck in the wall. The place has no windows and am not allowed screens on doors.

So, any decent person would leave. But not the "Real Estate Advisors, " as they are bullies. My letter read "The Landlord will not let you out of the lease. Let me warn you that he is 'Seasoned in Litigation and Deep Pocketed.'" Let me be clear: I have paid these sick, slumlords $20,000, moving from out of state: $7000 for movers, incidentals and cleaning $3000, Attorney / $10,000. These people, have ruined my clothes (defunct washer), health (fecal matter on dishes from defunct dishwasher), bugs, among many, many other unacceptable living conditions for (paid in advance $20k)... And threatening me (BULLYING) with "Deep Pockets and Seasoned Litigation???"

Talk about SCUM of the earth. Oh, they are holding me to the lease, and send me letters daily, referring (not to repairs promised 3 months, ago, but my fiduciary 12 month lease.
