Corsicana Mattress Defective Mattress under warranty still hasn't been replaced for disabled person since November

I bought a mattress at a warehouse in Altamonte Springs owned by Scott Day at
furnishahome.com on June 15.

After the first few months, I noticed it wasnt as comfortable as it was when I first bought the mattress. Thought maybe its just me due to a spinal injury.By November it was like sleeping sitting up as the bed has a serious sagging on both sides of the bed with a big hump down the middle. Made turning over impossible for me, as I always had to climb up a hill. The material surrounding it is still in perfect shape.

On Nov 22 I called the company I bought it from - furnishahome.com. I was asked to send a picture of the mattress and he would get back with me. That was the first time I had to strip the bed for nothing. When I called back, I got an answering machine, left a few messages. To this day I never heard from them again.

In January, I had to have a major surgery.
