Defective Mattress and Appalling Customer Service

I purchased a queen sized mattress from Comeaux's Furniture in Nov.By May six months later, the bed was sinking on the side I sleep on. The mattress came with a 2 year warranty. I went in to Comeaux's in August and informed Ruth Marciante, the service manager at Comeaux's of my problem.

For the next three weeks I received little to no customer service from both Comeaux's and Taylor Bedding, the manufacturer of the mattress. Taylor bedding missed two appointments with no phone calls before or after. When Betsy, the owner of Taylor Bedding finally showed up on the third appointment, her "inspection" of my mattress was a joke.

Just like another post I read, the padding on the top of the mattress hid the sagging part of the mattress. I asked Betsy to sit or lay on my mattress several times but she refused. Consequently, she ended up telling Comeaux's that nothing was wrong with my mattress and three weeks later I am still sleeping on a sagging mattress. I truly believe both Comeaux's and Taylor Bedding had no intention of ever helping me when I walked in there on day one.

At this point Comeauxs and Taylor are done with me but I am no where close done with them. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I sent a letter describing this story in detail to very news station, newspaper and radio station in my city asking for help. I refuse to let Comeaux's and Taylor Bedding get away with such appalling customer service and stick me with their defective product.
