No service on a warranty repair

I have spoken to six people including their main supervisor, Thomas McBride, about repairing a garage door they installed. The repairs are still under warranty. The garage door doesn't go all the way down anymore. I have been calling since the middle of July and currently it is september 20. They have told me repeatedly that they would get out here to fix it. They have set 4 appointments and haven't showed up for any of them.
