Cost Plus Design incompetent, deceitful, no integrity, walked off site

Buyer Beware of Ralph Wright! Ralph portrays himself as a licensed contractor when he is nothing more than a broker who knows a few people. We contracted for a simple kitchen remodel that was originally to take a few days. After 5 dealing with this lying, manipulative and incompetent person, he decided to walk off the site instead of fixing all of the issues he created. Ie-
Floor had to be tile on 3 separate occasions due to faulty intallation. Tile grout is 3 different colors.

Wall arch is not an arch

Promised pull out cabinets and then after they were installed, said that we didn't quality.

Promised one style of cabinets and ended up using cheaper Home Depot cabinets

Scratched our brand new range, sink and broke our freezer during contruction

Had to install floor tile three times due improper installation

Promised one molding and installed a cheaper smaller one.

Promised one type of wood paneling and then patched two smaller panels together

Tiled around our refrigerator so that it could not be removed.

Reinstalled appliances incorrectly resulting in electricians needing to correct.

Backsplash installed on 3 occasions and is a mess.

The list goes on. Run as fast as you can and beware that he uses other businesses licenses and prints them on his business cards.
