Apt 24E 215 E 96th St, New York, New York 10128 The owner of the apartment along with her broker were completely scam, they are greedy and liars

The following link is the listing property for rent, #24E@ One Carnegie Hill. The owner firstly listed as $3500, and no one wanted it. Once her broker saw me, and made sure that I was very interested, he started playing the game and trying to make me put down three months worth of deposit (that is about $10K!) When I finally made a sincere offer of two months worth of deposit (already absurd to me!) with a requirement of a flexible moving date (yes, I did really want that apartment,) the owner and her broker got even crazier and ASKED FOR SIX MONTHS WORTH OF DEPOSIT with A RAISE IN RENT PRICE TO $3000.

I was shocked at how the owner of Apt 24E at One Carnegie Hill, 215 E 96th St, NY was only using the listing price to attract people and hoping some one could fall into her trap and full fill her desperation for CASH.
