Ripoff fraudulent contracts no customer service already settled oneclassaction lawsuit and they still dont learn

Do not use this company. They are fraudulent and dont offer what they say they do. They use small contractors who cant do the work right the first time and when they screw it up american homeshield will tell you it is not their fault. They make you pay premiums and make you pay copays but will not pay if their contractors mess something up.

You will not be able to reach them on the phone and if you do, it will take at least 30 minutes to get them on the line.

I can't say it strongly enough. This company is a sham. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.
