Did not repair oil leak'

My Car was taken to the firestone location on Charlotte Ave, Nashville Tn for work and oil change. 1500.00 worth. After leaving an hour later my oil light began to blink. Cared it back the next day, they say it was fixed. Light can on again, in the process of all of this I had a break in important papers and everything were missed placed. One of their employee work for firestone. I told him what was going on he told me to call them and have them to check some type of cover at the top for leakage. There was no leakeage so they said. That there was a vibration going. No such thing. Me engine when out on my car
for no oil. Some one was to contact me from the claims department so the manager said
&then he tell the mechanic not to touch the care until they get back with him, well you all ready know they never did. I have not heard from any one. This will be my second engine in 6 years. I thank they should offer some type of solution or help. They strung us along until time to have anything done or contact a lawyer ran out.
