Broken Kenmore Front Load Washer - Kenmore Washe

Called sears for repair on my Kenmore washer. Took a day off of work to wait for them to show up. Asked them to call my cell phone so that I could carry it around the house with me and I would not miss the call. They were to come from 0800-1200. At 10:00 they called to say they would be there after before 1:30. I said fine and stayed home waiting. At 2:00 I called and they stated that the repair person came and left because I was not home. He never called and I had my front door open and was sitting in front of it in the living room watching a movie. I told them that he never came, never called and their response was that they were sorry but I would have to reschedule. Unfortunately I cant take another day off this week, so now I have no washer and they dont seem to care that their service people dont even show up. Had they not sold us a faulty machine I wouldnt even be having this problem. I will never purchase from them again and will stick to companies that offer real customer service for what they sell.
