Real property managment 1600
This company commited fraud, said they did repairs that they did'nt do and charged me for it and I can prove they did'nt do the repairs

I just wanted this to go out to all those good tenants that pay on time and leave the home they leased in better condition then I recieved the home. Well I have proof that this large company commiited fraud they said they did repairs that were never done this company and home owner were very mad at me because I had plumbing problems from the time of move in and I would report this but would always refuse to fix and on my lease I had a dog and they gave me a 3 day notice about my dog because they were mad but on my lease I have a dog on it so I took them to court and won then they I just had to move out after my lease was up gave my notice and moved they had a very large deposit of ours so I made sure I did everything right and left the like new someone could move in when I gave them the keys the day of move out except the plumbing problems that they would never repair so when they kept my deposit and added 800.00 more to make it a total of 4800.00 so I had friends go under cover and make a appiontment to view the house and take pictures of all the things I was charged for after move out and their was the same kitchen flooring and painting of all the intererior home new screens that was never repaired I have 2 witnesses that know the home and know how I left it. I think how many good people that they take advantage and keep their money well I have taken them to court again. I think these people need to learn a lession that they can't lie and do false repairs and give false receipts please help me solve
